Ingredients
- 1 cup plain greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup blueberries or other fruit of choice
- 1/4 cup chopped almonds or other nuts of choice
- stevia and other toppings if desired
Instructions
- Place parchment paper on a cookie sheet
- Sweeten yogurt with stevia, if desired
- Spread yogurt evenly on parchment paper
- Sprinkle with choice of fruit pieces, nut pieces, shredded coconut, etc
- Place cookie sheet in freezer
- Once frozen, remove and break into bark pieces
- Store uneaten bark in freezer
