  • 1 cup plain greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup blueberries or other fruit of choice
  • 1/4 cup chopped almonds or other nuts of choice
  • stevia and other toppings if desired


  • Place parchment paper on a cookie sheet
  • Sweeten yogurt with stevia, if desired
  • Spread yogurt evenly on parchment paper
  • Sprinkle with choice of fruit pieces, nut pieces, shredded coconut, etc
  • Place cookie sheet in freezer
  • Once frozen, remove and break into bark pieces
  • Store uneaten bark in freezer
