stevia and other toppings

Instructions
Place parchment paper on a cookie sheet
Sweeten yogurt with stevia, if desired
Spread yogurt evenly on parchment paper
Sprinkle with choice of fruit pieces, nut pieces, shredded coconut, etc
Place cookie sheet in freezer
Once frozen, remove and break into bark pieces
Store uneaten bark in freezer
