Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 link Applegate Organics Sweet Italian Chicken & Turkey Sausage
  • 1 oz fresh shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tbsp green onions diced
  • 1/4 cup salsa
  • 1/2 avocado sliced thin
  • pink salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  • Heat waffle iron and small skillet
  • Cut sausage link into small pieces
  • Heat sausage and green onions in skillet
  • Combine sausage, onions, cheese, eggs, salt and pepper in bowl
  • Spray waffle iron with oil
  • Pour mixture into waffle iron and cook until done
  • Top Wamlette with salsa and avocado
