  • 2 tbsp flax meal
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 cup plus 1 tbsp of egg whites
  • 1/4 cup strawberries
  • 1/4 cup blueberries
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • SweetLeaf Vanilla Cream Stevia, to taste
  • extra berries if desired


  • Combine berries, almond milk, flax meal, and cinnamon in saucepan heated to medium-high heat
  • Stir and cook until mixture start to bubble (Mash berries a little with spatula/spoon)
  • Stir in egg whites and continue cooking while stirring until mixture thickens
  • Add Vanilla Stevia, to taste
  • Remove from heat and allow to cool and thicken a bit
  • Top with additional berries, if desired
