- 2 tbsp flax meal
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/2 cup plus 1 tbsp of egg whites
- 1/4 cup strawberries
- 1/4 cup blueberries
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- SweetLeaf Vanilla Cream Stevia, to taste
- extra berries if desired
Get Recipe Ingredients
Combine berries, almond milk, flax meal, and cinnamon in saucepan heated to medium-high heat
Stir and cook until mixture start to bubble (Mash berries a little with spatula/spoon)
Stir in egg whites and continue cooking while stirring until mixture thickens
Add Vanilla Stevia, to taste
Remove from heat and allow to cool and thicken a bit
Top with additional berries, if desired
