- 1 tbsp coconut flour
- 1 dropperful SweetLeaf Vanilla Crème Stevia
- 1 tbsp pecans chopped
- 2 tbsp almond milk unsweetened
- 2 tbsp Bluebonnet French Vanilla protein powder
- 2 tbsp flax meal
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
Instructions
- Melt coconut oil in mug
- Stir in egg
- Add flax meal, almond milk, stevia, protein powder, coconut flour, and baking
- Stir in pecans
- Microwave for 90 seconds or bake at 350 for 15 minutes
