Ingredients
- 1 cup egg whites
- 1/2 cup chopped almonds
- 1 scoop Blue Bonnet French Vanilla protein powder
- 1/2 tsp xanthan gum
- 1 dropperful Stevia
- 1/2 - 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder optional
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line baking sheets with parchment paper or greased foil
- Beat egg whites in bowl with hand mixer until stiff peaks form
- Slowly add in protein powder while continuing to run mixer
- Add xanthan gum and mix another minute
- Fold in stevia, almonds, and cocoa powder (if desired)
- Drop 48 heaping teaspoons onto baking sheets
- Place in oven and turn it off
- Leave in oven overnight (or for ~12 hours)
