Ingredients
- 1 pear, sliced thin
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 5 drops SweetLeaf Vanilla Cream Stevia
- 1 regular tea bag (orange pekoe or another of your
liking) - 1 tsp dried mint (or 1 mint tea bag)
Instructions
- Heat water in skillet over medium-high heat
- Stir in lemon juice and Stevia
- Add pear slices tea bag(s) and mint
- Bring to a boil then cover and reduce heat to low
- Cook for 5 minutes or until pear slices are tender when pierced with a fork
- Remove from heat and allow to cool
- Divide pears onto two plates
- Spoon a little of the liquid on top of the pears
