  • 4 oz lean ground beef
  • 1/2 can Trader Joe's Premium Chunk White Chicken in
    or 1/2 c shredded chicken
  • 2 cups red cabbage sliced
  • 1 green pepper cut into bite sized pieces
  • 1/2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1/2 cup chopped onions and peppers frozen
  • 6 banana pepper rings chopped finely
  • 1/2 tbsp taco seasoning


  • Brown beef in skillet then drain and set aside
  • Melt coconut oil in skillet
  • Stir in cabbage, green pepper, and peppers and onions then cover and cook, stirring occasionally
  • Stir in beef, chicken, banana peppers, and taco seasoning until heated though
