- 1 green pepper cut into bite sized pieces
- 1/2 tbsp coconut oil
- 1/2 cup chopped onions and peppers frozen
- 6 banana pepper rings chopped finely
- 1/2 tbsp taco seasoning

Stir in cabbage, green pepper, and peppers and onions then cover and cook, stirring occasionally
Stir in beef, chicken, banana peppers, and taco seasoning until heated though
