  • 16 oz ground turkey
  • 1 tsp sage
  • 1/2 tsp fennel seeds
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp thyme
  • pink salt and pepper, to taste
  • red pepper flakes optional


  • Place ground turkey in a large bowl then set aside
  • Mix together spices
  • Add spices to ground turkey and mix until spices are evenly distributed throughout
  • Shape into small patties
  • Place sausages into the hot skillet and cook until browned and the middle is no longer pink
