Ingredients
- 16 oz ground turkey
- 1 tsp sage
- 1/2 tsp fennel seeds
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp thyme
- pink salt and pepper, to taste
- red pepper flakes optional
Instructions
- Place ground turkey in a large bowl then set aside
- Mix together spices
- Add spices to ground turkey and mix until spices are evenly distributed throughout
- Shape into small patties
- Place sausages into the hot skillet and cook until browned and the middle is no longer pink
