Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 2 cup oats
  • 1/2 cup optional ingredients chocolate chips, raisins, nuts, craisins, coconut flakes, etc.

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  • Line baking sheet with parchment paper or foil
  • Place all three ingredients in bowl
  • Mush and combine ingredients together with hands
  • Form into 24 cookie shaped rounds on baking sheet
  • Bake 15-20 minutes or until golden brown on bottom
  • Remove from oven and cool on wire rack
