Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup unflavored protein powder whey, hemp, pea, etc.
  • 2.5 tbsp cocoa
  • 1/2 tsp liquid Stevia
  • 1 tsp pure peppermint extract
  • 6 tbsp coconut oil melted
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened shredded coconut

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients into a bowl and stir together
  • Place 2 tablespoons mixture into the bottom of cupcake tin
  • Set in freezer for 5 - 7 minutes
  • Keep in the refrigerator or store in the freezer
