Ingredients
- 8 oz ground turkey
- 1 - 2 tsp minced garlic
- 1 small yellow onion sliced
- 1/2 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 stalk celery, (whole head of celery) chopped
- 1.5 cups green beans
- 1/2 cup cranberries
- 1/2 cup canned pumpkin puree
- 1/2 - 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 cup pecans
- pink salt to taste
Instructions
- Brown turkey with garlic in skillet over medium-high heat then drain and set aside
- Melt coconut oil in skillet
- Stir in onions, celery, and green beans then cover and allow to cook until softened
- Stir in cranberries, cinnamon, pumpkin, and turkey then cover and cook a few more minutes
- Remove from heat and stir in pink salt and pecans
- Transfer to 2 plates/bowls
