Ingredients

  • 8 oz ground turkey
  • 1 - 2 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 small yellow onion sliced
  • 1/2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 stalk celery, (whole head of celery) chopped
  • 1.5 cups green beans
  • 1/2 cup cranberries
  • 1/2 cup canned pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 - 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup pecans
  • pink salt to taste

Instructions

  • Brown turkey with garlic in skillet over medium-high heat then drain and set aside
  • Melt coconut oil in skillet
  • Stir in onions, celery, and green beans then cover and allow to cook until softened
  • Stir in cranberries, cinnamon, pumpkin, and turkey then cover and cook a few more minutes
  • Remove from heat and stir in pink salt and pecans
  • Transfer to 2 plates/bowls
