- 8 oz ground turkey
- 1 - 2 tsp minced garlic
- 1 small yellow onion sliced
- 1/2 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 stalk celery, (whole head of celery) chopped
- 1.5 cups green beans
- 1/2 cup cranberries
- 1/2 cup canned pumpkin puree
- 1/2 - 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 cup pecans
- pink salt to taste
Get Recipe Ingredients
Brown turkey with garlic in skillet over medium-high heat then drain and set aside
Melt coconut oil in skillet
Stir in onions, celery, and green beans then cover and allow to cook until softened
Stir in cranberries, cinnamon, pumpkin, and turkey then cover and cook a few more minutes
Remove from heat and stir in pink salt and pecans
Transfer to 2 plates/bowls
