Ingredients

  • 8 oz ground beef
  • 2 tsp Taco Seasoning
  • 1/2 red onion chopped
  • 1 tomato diced
  • 1/2 cup plain greek yogurt
  • 4 tbsp salsa
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1 tsp lemon or lime juice
  • 2 red peppers sliced 1" thick
  • salt & pepper, to taste

Instructions

  • Brown ground beef in skillet over medium-high
  • Add Taco Seasoning, tomato, and onion and cook until veggies are tender
  • Remove from heat and stir in salsa and greek yogurt
  • Transfer into 2 bowls
  • Place red pepper strips into dip around bowl
  • Mash avocado, lemon/lime juice, salt, and pepper to taste in separate bowl
  • Top dip with avocado mixture
