  • 3.5 oz ground hormone free chicken (or beef or bison)
  • 8 oz chopped bell pepper
  • 1 pint grape tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • chili powder, to taste
  • cayenne pepper, to taste


  • Place all ingredients in pan with red wine vinegar
  • Season with chili powder and cayenne pepper to your liking
  • Cover and simmer for 10 minutes stirring occasionally
  • Use spatula to smash tomatoes
  • Stir in paste
  • Top with Franks Red hot sauce and pink salt
