  • 12 oz chicken breast thinly sliced
  • 3 tbsp Braggs liquid Aminos
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 2 cloves crushed garlic
  • 1/4 tsp cumin
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 serrano pepper sliced thin (optional)
  • 1 handful fresh basil leaves

  • Mix all ingredients except chicken, basil and broth to create the marinade
  • Pour marinade over chicken in a zip lock bag – marinate an hour, up to overnight
  • Stir-fry serrano and chicken (including marinade) in a HOT frying pan until chicken is cooked through. [if it starts to dry out, you can add some organic vegetable broth]
  • Remove from heat and stir in basil leaves
  • Add a squeeze of fresh lime and/or more Aminos for taste, if desired

Serve over cauliflower rice (bonus flavor if you put about 1T fresh chopped ginger in with the rice and steam it all with organic vegetable broth)
