Ingredients
- 4 oz swordfish fillet
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1/4 tsp Simple Girl Safe Seasoning or paprika, onion powder, pink salt, turmeric,
garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees and line baking sheet with parchment paper
- Mix mustard and seasoning together
- Spread mustard mixture on top of fish
- Bake 15-20 minutes, until fish flakes easily with fork
