  • 2 tbsp prebiotic fiber FiberYum IMO syrup
  • 1/4 cup egg white protein powder or other protein powder of choice
  • 1 tbsp almond flour
  • 1 dropperful vanilla crème or chocolate stevia
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tbsp COcolate chips or chocolate chips


  • In small bowl, combine protein powder, almond flour, stevia, vanilla extract, and chips
  • Heat prebiotic fiber (FiberYum IMO syrup) in small saucepan over med-high heat until starting to bubble
  • Pour prebiotic fiber into small bowl
  • Stir until doughy mixture is formed (if mixture is too sticky, add additional protein powder)
  • Add in COcolate (or chocolate) chips once dough is slightly cooled
  • Transfer dough to wax or parchment paper
  • Form into bar shape
  • Place in refrigerator until cooled and set
  • Place in toaster oven at 350 degrees
  • Bake for 5-6 minutes, until starting to brown on edges
  • Flip and bake another 1-3 minutes, leaving center slightly soft still
