In small bowl, combine protein powder, almond flour, stevia, vanilla extract, and chips
Heat prebiotic fiber (FiberYum IMO syrup) in small saucepan over med-high heat until starting to bubble
Pour prebiotic fiber into small bowl
Stir until doughy mixture is formed (if mixture is too sticky, add additional protein powder)
Add in COcolate (or chocolate) chips once dough is slightly cooled
Transfer dough to wax or parchment paper
Form into bar shape
Place in refrigerator until cooled and set
Place in toaster oven at 350 degrees
Bake for 5-6 minutes, until starting to brown on edges
Flip and bake another 1-3 minutes, leaving center slightly soft still
