Ingredients
- 2 tbsp prebiotic fiber FiberYum IMO syrup
- 1/4 cup egg white protein powder or other protein powder of choice
- 1 tbsp almond flour
- 1 dropperful vanilla crème or chocolate stevia
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tbsp COcolate chips or chocolate chips
Instructions
- In small bowl, combine protein powder, almond flour, stevia, vanilla extract, and chips
- Heat prebiotic fiber (FiberYum IMO syrup) in small saucepan over med-high heat until starting to bubble
- Pour prebiotic fiber into small bowl
- Stir until doughy mixture is formed (if mixture is too sticky, add additional protein powder)
- Add in COcolate (or chocolate) chips once dough is slightly cooled
- Transfer dough to wax or parchment paper
- Form into bar shape
- Place in refrigerator until cooled and set
- Place in toaster oven at 350 degrees
- Bake for 5-6 minutes, until starting to brown on edges
- Flip and bake another 1-3 minutes, leaving center slightly soft still
