  • 2 cups frozen okra
  • 2 cups cauliflower riced
  • 1/2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 tbsp Braggs Nutritional Yeast
  • 4 oz cooked shrimp
  • hot sauce, to taste
  • pink salt, to taste
  • Simple Girl BBQ Seasoning, to taste
  • Stevia, optional


  • Boil cauliflower and okra in saucepan until cooked through
  • Drain and return to saucepan
  • Stir in coconut oil, hot sauce, nutritional yeast, and stevia (if desired)
  • Toss cooked shrimp in BBQ Seasoning
  • Place all ingredients in bowl and sprinkle with pink salt
