Ingredients

  • 4 oz shrimp cooked and chilled
  • 3 tbsp lemon or lime juice
  • 8 oz diced tomatoes
  • 8 oz chopped cucumber
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 clove garlic crushed & minced
  • fresh chopped cilantro
  • dash hot sauce
  • salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Place shrimp in bowl
  • Add lemon, onion powder, garlic, and chopped cilantro
  • Stir in tomatoes, cucumber, and hot sauce
  • Chill and marinate the ingredients in the refrigerator
