- 8 oz diced tomatoes
- 8 oz chopped cucumber
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 clove garlic crushed & minced

- dash hot sauce
- salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
- Place shrimp in bowl
- Add lemon, onion powder, garlic, and chopped cilantro
- Stir in tomatoes, cucumber, and hot sauce
- Chill and marinate the ingredients in the refrigerator
