Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 1.5 cups almond flour
  • 2.5 tbsp ghee
  • 3 tbsp coconut flour
  • pink salt

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line baking sheet with parchment paper
  • Mix eggs, almond flour, 2 T ghee, and coconut flour with hands until dough forms
  • Let sit for 5 minutes
  • Roll dough into 40 small balls and place onto baking sheet
  • Bake 6-7 minutes
  • Remove from oven
  • Turn oven up to 400 degrees
  • Flip each pretzel bite over on baking sheet
  • Return to oven and bake 4-5 more minutes
  • Remove from oven and cool
  • Melt remaining ghee and brush onto pretzel bites
  • Sprinkle pink salt on top
