Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line baking sheet with parchment paper
Mix eggs, almond flour, 2 T ghee, and coconut flour with hands until dough forms
Let sit for 5 minutes
Roll dough into 40 small balls and place onto baking sheet
Bake 6-7 minutes
Remove from oven
Turn oven up to 400 degrees
Flip each pretzel bite over on baking sheet
Return to oven and bake 4-5 more minutes
Remove from oven and cool
Melt remaining ghee and brush onto pretzel bites
Sprinkle pink salt on top
