  • 1 apple sliced thin
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 dropperful SweetLeaf english toffee stevia
  • pink salt


  • Melt coconut oil in small skillet over medium-high heat
  • Stir in apple and water
  • Cover and allow to cook until apple are tender
  • Stir in stevia and cinnamon
  • Continue cooking and allow liquid to reduce to desired sauce consistency (can add more water for a thinner sauce)
  • Spoon apples onto plate
  • Drizzle remaining sauce onto apples
  • Sprinkle with pink salt
