Ingredients
- 1 tbsp coconut oil melted
- 1 tbsp unsweetened cacao / cocoa powder
- 1 - 3 tsp unsweetened almond milk
- pink salt, to taste
- Stevia, to taste
Instructions
- Place liners into 3 mini muffin tins
- Combine coconut oil, 1/2 tbsp cocoa powder, a couple shakes of pink salt, and stevia
- Pour just enough of mixture into each muffin tin so bottom is covered
- Place muffin tray into freezer
- Combine remaining 1/2 tbsp cocoa powder and stevia, to taste in small dish
- Stir in enough almond milk that mixture thickens into a paste-like, creamy chocolate
- Remove muffin tray from freezer
- Spoon a small dollop on chocolate paste into each muffin tin
- Pour remaining melted chocolate mixture into each muffin tin so paste is completely covered
- Return tray to freezer until outside chocolate has hardened
- Store in refrigerator until ready to eat
