Place liners into 3 mini muffin tins
Combine coconut oil, 1/2 tbsp cocoa powder, a couple shakes of pink salt, and stevia
Pour just enough of mixture into each muffin tin so bottom is covered
Place muffin tray into freezer
Combine remaining 1/2 tbsp cocoa powder and stevia, to taste in small dish
Stir in enough almond milk that mixture thickens into a paste-like, creamy chocolate
Remove muffin tray from freezer
Spoon a small dollop on chocolate paste into each muffin tin
Pour remaining melted chocolate mixture into each muffin tin so paste is completely covered
Return tray to freezer until outside chocolate has hardened
Store in refrigerator until ready to eat
