Ingredients
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 cucumber
- 1/2 tsp dill
- 1/4 tsp Simple Girl BBQ seasoning
- 2 tbsp Bragg's apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 tsp onion flakes
- 1/2 tsp minced garlic
- pink salt to taste
- stevia to taste
- water
Instructions
- Chop cucumber and pepper into bite sized pieces and place in bowl
- Stir in onion, garlic, dill, BBQ seasoning, and pink salt
- Add vinegar and enough water to cover veggies
- Add stevia, to taste
- Cover and refrigerate until ready to eat
- Drain off desired amount of liquid and serve
- May add olive or avocado oil as well
