Ingredients

  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1/2 tsp dill
  • 1/4 tsp Simple Girl BBQ seasoning
  • 2 tbsp Bragg's apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp onion flakes
  • 1/2 tsp minced garlic
  • pink salt to taste
  • stevia to taste
  • water

Instructions

  • Chop cucumber and pepper into bite sized pieces and place in bowl
  • Stir in onion, garlic, dill, BBQ seasoning, and pink salt
  • Add vinegar and enough water to cover veggies
  • Add stevia, to taste
  • Cover and refrigerate until ready to eat
  • Drain off desired amount of liquid and serve
  • May add olive or avocado oil as well
