Red Pepper Cucumber Salad

- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 cucumber
- 1/2 tsp dill
- 1/4 tsp Simple Girl BBQ seasoning
- 2 tbsp Bragg's apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 tsp onion flakes
- 1/2 tsp minced garlic
- pink salt to taste
- stevia to taste
- water
Get Recipe Ingredients
Chop cucumber and pepper into bite sized pieces and place in bowl
Stir in onion, garlic, dill, BBQ seasoning, and pink salt
Add vinegar and enough water to cover veggies
Add stevia, to taste
Cover and refrigerate until ready to eat
Drain off desired amount of liquid and serve
May add olive or avocado oil as well
