Ingredients

  • 8 oz frozen cod filets
  • 14.5 oz canned diced tomatoes
  • 12 oz chopped celery
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Place tomatoes, celery, and spices in medium sized stockpot
  • Bring to a boil over medium heat
  • Add frozen fish filets
  • Reduce heat and cook for 10-15 minutes
  • Cook until mixture is heated through and fish is opaque and flaky
  • Thin with a little water, if desired
