Ingredients
- 8 oz frozen cod filets
- 14.5 oz canned diced tomatoes
- 12 oz chopped celery
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp dried basil
- salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
- Place tomatoes, celery, and spices in medium sized stockpot
- Bring to a boil over medium heat
- Add frozen fish filets
- Reduce heat and cook for 10-15 minutes
- Cook until mixture is heated through and fish is opaque and flaky
- Thin with a little water, if desired
