- 14.5 oz canned diced tomatoes
- 12 oz chopped celery
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp dried basil
- salt & pepper to taste

Place tomatoes, celery, and spices in medium sized stockpot
Bring to a boil over medium heat
Add frozen fish filets
Reduce heat and cook for 10-15 minutes
Cook until mixture is heated through and fish is opaque and flaky
Thin with a little water, if desired
