  • 2 eggs
  • 3 tbsp liquid egg whites or 1 egg white
  • 2 tbsp coconut flour
  • oregano optional
  • italian seasoning optional
  • garlic powder optional


  • Grease skillet with butter or coconut oil and heat to medium-low
  • Combine egg and egg whites in bowl
  • Whisk in coconut flour
  • Add in spices of choice and whisk again
  • Pour mixture into skillet and spread evenly
  • Cover with lid and cook for 3-4 minutes (until top starts to bubble)
  • Flip and cook, covered, another 2 minutes
  • Remove from skillet
