Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 3 tbsp liquid egg whites or 1 egg white
- 2 tbsp coconut flour
- oregano optional
- italian seasoning optional
- garlic powder optional
Instructions
- Grease skillet with butter or coconut oil and heat to medium-low
- Combine egg and egg whites in bowl
- Whisk in coconut flour
- Add in spices of choice and whisk again
- Pour mixture into skillet and spread evenly
- Cover with lid and cook for 3-4 minutes (until top starts to bubble)
- Flip and cook, covered, another 2 minutes
- Remove from skillet
