Ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp coconut oil melted
  • 3 tbsp egg whites
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tbsp flax meal
  • 2 tbsp coconut flour
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened almond milk or other milk of choice or water
  • 1 dropperful vanilla crème stevia
  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice

Instructions

  • Preheat waffle iron
  • Stir all ingredients together in bowl/container with a pour spout
  • Pour into waffle iron
  • Cook for 4 minutes
