- 1.5 tbsp canned pumpkin
- 2 tbsp flax meal
- 1/2 tbsp coconut flour
- 1/8 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp baking soda or 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp Stevia powder more or less to taste
- 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp melted coconut oil
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients in a coffee mug
- Microwave for 1.5 minutes on high (Or bake in oven at 350 degrees for 15 minutes)
