Ingredients

  • 2.25 cups almond flour
  • 1/2 tsp pink salt
  • 3/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1.5 tsp cinnamon
  • 3/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp ginger
  • pinch ground cloves
  • 3 tbsp grapeseed oil
  • 1/2 cup raw honey
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1.5 cup pureed pumpkin
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds plus extra for sprinkling on top

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  • Mix dry ingredients in bowl
  • Mix wet ingredients separate bowl
  • Add wet to dry
  • Pour into muffin liners in muffin tin
  • Sprinkle pumpkin seeds on top
  • Bake for 40-45 minutes
