Ingredients
- 2.25 cups almond flour
- 1/2 tsp pink salt
- 3/4 tsp baking soda
- 1.5 tsp cinnamon
- 3/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp ginger
- pinch ground cloves
- 3 tbsp grapeseed oil
- 1/2 cup raw honey
- 3 large eggs
- 1.5 cup pureed pumpkin
- 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds plus extra for sprinkling on top
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Mix dry ingredients in bowl
- Mix wet ingredients separate bowl
- Add wet to dry
- Pour into muffin liners in muffin tin
- Sprinkle pumpkin seeds on top
- Bake for 40-45 minutes
