  • 1 green plantain
  • 1 tbsp avocado oil or other oil of choice
  • pink salt to taste


  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees an line baking sheet with parchment paper
  • Slice plantain thin with mandolin
  • Toss plantain slices in oil then transfer to baking sheet
  • Season with pink salt and any additional spices of choice
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway through
