  • 6 oz crab
  • 4 oz frozen chopped green peppers
  • 1-2 tbsp Woeber's Sandwich Pal Jalapeno Mustard 


  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line baking sheet with parchment paper
  • Defrost peppers and drain liquid
  • Transfer peppers to food processor
  • Add crab and mustard
  • Process until very well combined
  • Form into 2 patties and place on baking sheet
  • Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown *Excellent served with Sweet Pepper Relish
