Ingredients
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup tapioca flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 1 tsp baking powder
- Dash of pink salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350
- In bowl, combine almond flour, tapioca, baking powder, and pink salt
- Mix in eggs, applesauce, and coconut oil
- Place round molds on a baking sheet and grease
- Pour batter into molds until almost at the top
- Bake for about 15 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean
- Let cool slightly
- Slice in half
- Store in refrigerator
