Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup tapioca flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • Dash of pink salt

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350
  • In bowl, combine almond flour, tapioca, baking powder, and pink salt
  • Mix in eggs, applesauce, and coconut oil
  • Place round molds on a baking sheet and grease
  • Pour batter into molds until almost at the top
  • Bake for about 15 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean
  • Let cool slightly
  • Slice in half
  • Store in refrigerator
