- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup tapioca flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 1 tsp baking powder
- Dash of pink salt

Preheat oven to 350
In bowl, combine almond flour, tapioca, baking powder, and pink salt
Mix in eggs, applesauce, and coconut oil
Place round molds on a baking sheet and grease
Pour batter into molds until almost at the top
Bake for about 15 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean
Let cool slightly
Slice in half
Store in refrigerator
