  • 16 oz sliced mushrooms
  • 2 tbsp minced garlic
  • 2 tbsp minced onion
  • 2 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 2 tsp grated parmesan cheese
  • pink salt & pepper, to taste


  • Melt coconut oil over med-high heat in skillet
  • Add mushrooms, garlic, and onions and cook until mushrooms are soft
  • Stir in nutritional yeast and pepper and continue to heat until liquid cooks down
  • Remove from heat and stir in parmesan cheese and pink salt

*Excellent served on top of zucchini or cucumber "noodles"
