Ingredients

  • 1 Paleo English Muffin
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp Braggs Nutritional Yeast
  • 2 mushrooms sliced thin
  • 1 tsp coconut oil
  • 1 tsp chives
  • 1/2 tsp onion flakes
  • pink salt to taste

Instructions

  • Toast Paleo English Muffin
  • Melt coconut oil in small skillet
  • Add mushrooms and cook until softened
  • Stir in egg, nutritional yeast, chives, and onion flakes
  • Cook until egg is fully cooked
  • Place egg between english muffin pieces and top with pink salt
