Ingredients

  • 7 oz lean ground beef
  • 2 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp minced onions
  • 1 clove minced garlic
  • 1/4 tsp sage
  • 1/4 tsp oregano
  • 1/4 tsp basil
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • dash of pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat over to 350 degrees and line baking sheet with parchment paper
  • Mix all ingredients together by hand in a small bowl
  • Forms mixture into 1 inch balls and place on baking sheet
  • Bake for 15 minutes
