Ingredients

  • 5 oz steamed shrimp
  • 6 oz chopped green cabbage
  • 2 oz purple cabbage sliced thin
  • 2 small lemons or 1 large lemon
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp minced onion
  • 1 clove minced garlic
  • 2/3 cup water
  • 1 tsp black pepper more or less, to taste

Instructions

  • Heat water in skillet over medium-high heat
  • Add cabbage and minced garlic then cover and cook, stirring occasionally
  • Peel lemons, cut into 1/4" rounds, and remove any seeds
  • Add lemons, garlic powder, minced onion, pink salt, and pepper to skillet then cover and cook a few more minutes, until lemons start to break apart and liquid reduces to sauce consistency (may need to add more water)
  • Stir in steamed shrimp until coated with sauce
  • Transfer to plate and top with more pink salt and pepper
