Ingredients
- 5 oz steamed shrimp
- 6 oz chopped green cabbage
- 2 oz purple cabbage sliced thin
- 2 small lemons or 1 large lemon
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp minced onion
- 1 clove minced garlic
- 2/3 cup water
- 1 tsp black pepper more or less, to taste
Instructions
- Heat water in skillet over medium-high heat
- Add cabbage and minced garlic then cover and cook, stirring occasionally
- Peel lemons, cut into 1/4" rounds, and remove any seeds
- Add lemons, garlic powder, minced onion, pink salt, and pepper to skillet then cover and cook a few more minutes, until lemons start to break apart and liquid reduces to sauce consistency (may need to add more water)
- Stir in steamed shrimp until coated with sauce
- Transfer to plate and top with more pink salt and pepper
