Add cabbage and minced garlic then cover and cook, stirring occasionally
Peel lemons, cut into 1/4" rounds, and remove any seeds
Add lemons, garlic powder, minced onion, pink salt, and pepper to skillet then cover and cook a few more minutes, until lemons start to break apart and liquid reduces to sauce consistency (may need to add more water)
Stir in steamed shrimp until coated with sauce
Transfer to plate and top with more pink salt and pepper
