Ingredients
- 14.5 oz can salmon
- 1 carrot finely chopped
- 1/2 red bell pepper finely chopped
- 4 eggs
- 1 tbsp minced onion flakes
- 1 tbsp dill
- 1 tsp lemon pepper
- 1/8 tsp celery seed
- 1/2 tsp pink salt
- 2.5 tbsp coconut flour
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees
- Line baking sheet with parchment paper
- Combine salmon, carrots, and bell pepper in bowl
- Add in eggs and spices, mixing with hands until well incorporated
- Add coconut flour and mix again with hands
- Scoop out 1/3 cup mixture and form into patty on baking sheet
- Repeat 5 more times
- Bake for 10-15 minutes, until golden brown*
*Alternatively, fry each patty in coconut oil for 2-3 minutes per side in hot skillet)
Excellent served with Easy Tartar Sauce
