- 14.5 oz can salmon
- 1 carrot finely chopped
- 1/2 red bell pepper finely chopped
- 4 eggs
- 1 tbsp minced onion flakes
- 1 tbsp dill
- 1 tsp lemon pepper
- 1/8 tsp celery seed
- 1/2 tsp pink salt
- 2.5 tbsp coconut flour
Get Recipe Ingredients
Preheat oven to 425 degrees
Line baking sheet with parchment paper
Combine salmon, carrots, and bell pepper in bowl
Add in eggs and spices, mixing with hands until well incorporated
Add coconut flour and mix again with hands
Scoop out 1/3 cup mixture and form into patty on baking sheet
Repeat 5 more times
Bake for 10-15 minutes, until golden brown*
*Alternatively, fry each patty in coconut oil for 2-3 minutes per side in hot skillet)
Excellent served with Easy Tartar Sauce
